So one thing we do at our tasting bars that I really love is keep the cheese local too.

We know exactly where the fruit in the glass came from. Who grew it, when it was picked, all of that. It would be kinda funny to care that much about the wine and then throw some random cheese next to it.

So in Asheville we serve Looking Glass Creamery, and in Cedar Grove we’ve got Boxcarr. Both are our neighbors and just lovely folks too.

Local wine. Local cheese. It just makes sense.
