The Mayo's Cape Codder is an historic idyllic guest house in the quiet East End of Provincetown. We are looking forward to welcoming guests again.

The Cape Codder is ready to re-open after a two-year hiatus due to Covid-19 and ongoing renovations. Provincetown's Mayo family has owned the Cape Codder over the course of four generations. The owner, Dr. Charles "Stormy" Mayo, is the Director of the Right Whale Habitat Studies research project at the Center for Coastal Studies. Our accommodations include a private beach for our guests, located r

ight across the street from the Cape Codder. The beach comes complete with a sun deck and a seaside garden for your enjoyment. Bring your towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, a lunch and a drink, and you're good for the day! It's a short 20 minute walk from the Cape Codder to the center of Provincetown where there are many restaurants for your dining pleasure.
