We would like to thank everyone for the wonderful comments on this page about our closing and are so pleased we were able to make so many guests visits to Ptown special.

As promised, here are other Provincetown accommodations that accept dogs:

Aerie House Is Closing.

After 26 years as Innkeepers, Steve and Dave have entered into an agreement to sell Aerie House. As the new owner's plan is to convert Aerie House into a private residence, we will be closing on FEB 22.

But, if you are looking for one last stay, we will be open through JAN 24 and then again from FEB 13 through FEB 21. Availability and reservations at aeriehouse.com.

We would like to thank all of our wonderful guests whom we have hosted over the years. We will be staying on in Provincetown and hope to see many of you on your return visits to Ptown. As one of the premier dog friendly accommodations in town, we will investigate other dog friendly options for a stay and post them here on our page. Keep an eye out.

Reservations are now open and available through February 28, 2026 at aeriehouse.com with the exceptions from December 8 through December 18 and January 25 through February 12 when we will be taking a break. We look forward to welcoming you for a fun winter break including over MLK Weekend, Valentine's and President's Day Weekend.

Aerie House is now open for bookings through January 4, 2026. We will be closed for a break from December 8 through December 18 but reopening on December 19 just in time for the new extended Holly Folly Weekend, Christmas and Provincetown's First Light New Year's Week. Provincetown is magical over the holidays and Innkeepers Steve and Dave look forward to welcoming you.

2025 Breakfasts

Aerie House has been deservedly famous for Innkeeper Dave's hot breakfast buffet but it has come time to cut back our work load. For 2025 we will be offering an enhanced continental breakfast instead of the hot buffet. Our morning offerings will include a selection of juices, coffees and teas, fresh fruits, yogurts, gourmet baked goods, cereals and an assortment of cheeses. This change will also allow us to keep our 2025 rates largely the same as 2024 and avoid our normal yearly price increase.
