We became friends with Phil shortly after we moved to Provincetown. He was the kind of character that made Provincetown special. You could always count on Phil to have the latest town “news.” We loved having a drink with him at the Little Bar or the OC and catching up on his adventures. He was a kind supporter of our business, always sending his customers our way. You can see him here being our first customer when we did our pop-up restaurant. We’ll miss seeing him in his cab and on his bike and around town. Though, we know he’ll always be here. Provincetown lost an icon today, and he will be truly missed.
