We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
Housekeeper responsibilities include:
Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies

Responsibilities:

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality

Job Title: Guest Service Representative
Department: Front Desk
Reports To: Operation Manager/General Manager
Hours: Part-Time - Saturday & Sunday's only

Job Purpose: To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner. A combination of job duties mainly related, but not limited to, check-in and check-out of guests, which contributes to an inspiring experience during their stay.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival, focusing on personal recognition. Issue room key and inform guest of hotel policy and procedures.
• Review arrival list daily and assist in room preparation and assembling welcoming amenities.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, special event requests, etc.
• Keep record of room availability and guest's accounts. May make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests.
• Collect payment upon guest’s arrival.
• Take initiative to greet guests in a warm professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Education HS Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one-year customer service/hospitality experience
Job Type: Part-time

It’s official... Crêpes are officially on our menu and will be served Thursday, June 13th at our Third Thursday Storytelling. The feather-light crêpe is a French Staple. With a dab of butter on a hot surface, the batter is spread with a wooden scraper into a flat, round shape, then flipped, folded and filled with our sweet and savory ingredients. We look forward to serving you traditional varieties with modern recreations.
