#225 - Discover the beautifully restored Perkins House located in Colfax, Washington. Built in 1886 by James and Jennie Perkins - the early founders of the city - the house has been restored as a living history museum by the Whitman County Historical Society and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Just behind the grand home is the original single room cabin that the Perkins family lived in before their new home was built. (Photo via Scenic Washington)
