The old cabana joes location went under about 4ft of water due to the recent hurricanes and has since been abandoned. There was conversations and offers on repurchasing before the storms but now due to its current condition and location we decided to fully walk away. On the brighter side cabana joes 2 is high and dry with no storm damage or flooding. Tiki hut is complete and we are breaking ground on the new cave pool next week. Although it's taken us longer to complete this project we do have several other vacation rentals that will be available for January.
