Todays service took us to SeaTac, we completed several requested projects to help improve the safety, function, and appearance for our client. A new GFCI outlet was installed in the laundry room to enhance electrical safety. The toilet paper holder was re‑secured for proper alignment and stability. We also completed caulking throughout the home to seal gaps and improve overall protection and finish.
Outside the home, shrubs around the perimeter were removed to clean up the landscaping and improve accessibility. An unused power conduit was safely removed as well. We performed a crawlspace inspection and completed repairs to the crawlspace belly band to help maintain proper protection and durability beneath the home.

Today, client Christian us regarding electrical issues in the living room. Following a return visit conducted today, diagnostics determined that the source of the issue was a burnt-out GFCI receptacle located in a bedroom adjacent to the breaker panel.
The faulty GFCI was replaced, and a new tamper‑resistant outlet was installed. Due to improper wiring related to the failed GFCI circuit, it was necessary to rewire the living room receptacles as well as two associated light switches.
Once all rewiring was completed, proper and consistent power was successfully restored to the living room and exterior lighting. It was noted that the living room is part of an addition to the original structure of the home.

A solicitud del cliente, se realizó una inspección después de que el cliente informara que otra compañía estaba programada para instalar dos gabinetes de baño. Durante este proceso, se detectó que no había energía eléctrica en los tomacorrientes GFCI del baño y la cocina.
Tras una inspección exhaustiva, se determinó que los circuitos GFCI habían sido desconectados y que las áreas afectadas fueron reconfiguradas para alimentar dos luminarias de tocador, lo que ocasionó la pérdida de energía en los tomacorrientes GFCI del baño principal y la cocina.
Se realizaron las correcciones necesarias para reconectar y restaurar los circuitos GFCI. La energía eléctrica fue restablecida exitosamente en los tomacorrientes GFCI del baño principal y la cocina, y su correcto funcionamiento fue verificado al momento del servicio.
•Toda la mano de obra realizada está garantizada por 30 días a partir de la fecha del servicio contra defectos de fabricación relacionados con las reparaciones descritas anteriormente. Today’s Visit Summary: �We returned to our client, Demetria, after approval was received for the exterior hose bib estimate. During the replacement, we encountered a minor issue with the water main not shutting off initially. Once the water was successfully shut down, we completed the installation of a new frost‑free hose bib with an extension neck. The work was completed successfully and the new hose bib is functioning as intended.

Today, we completed an on-site visit with the client, Demetria. The inspection included a review of the dryer and refrigerator. During the inspection, the dryer was found to require parts and will need follow-up service once parts are obtained.
Additionally, the exterior spigot was inspected and has been scheduled for service on Saturday.
No other issues were observed at this time.

On today’s appointment, service was located in the Tacoma area. Our client Jose requested an inspection of the following scope.

The dishwasher and garbage disposal were inspected in response to reported draining concerns. Minor corrective work was completed on the garbage disposal. Following the repair, both appliances were tested and confirmed to be operating as intended. No further issues were identified at the time of inspection.All work was completed in accordance with applicable property management standards, manufacturer guidelines, and established maintenance compliance requirements.
