7 days of wonder at the Millhouse Inn. A recent guest noted that during a week's stay at the Millhouse Inn, there's an abundance of experiences to engage with, relax into and perhaps even meditate on. The following is a snapshot of such experiences... there are of course, many more.
Day 6
Yes, that's a white squirrel! Guests are often in disbelief... a wonder of Nature. They are not albino... see the dark eyes and the charcoal gray stripe down the back. The term Leucism describes the generic mutation that results in pigment loss yet retain some features containing pigment.
Myrtle is frequently seen at The Millhouse Inn and is often scampering throughout the gardens after breakfast. The Crepe Myrtle trees are her favorite, hence the name. Feisty? Yes! If there's any squirrel ruckus, she's the one doing the chasing. She loves to pose may be the most photographed squirrel in all of Quincy!
