How does this work?
Clementine is an Airbnb sailboat. She never leaves the dock, but as you can see, the lake experience is gorgeous, every bit as nautical as you want it to be, and somehow feels secluded right in the middle of the city.
The sailboat is located at Reefpoint Marina in Racine, WI which gives you access to a heated pool and two heated hot tubs which are tucked in by the Root River on one side and Lake Michigan on the other.
Most people book for one or two nights to celebrate a birthday, honeymoon, anniversary, or just because. Pack your favorite cute shirt for dinner and a swimsuit and we have plenty of blankets for you to curl up with in the cockpit for a late night glass of wine or an early morning cup of coffee (there’s some Starbucks for the Keurig on board but bring your own cream for the mini fridge). ☕️
Some pictures don’t show it but we now have custom curtains to help block light and add privacy. Clementine is at the very end of the dock so it feels a bit private anyway.
There’s no bad weather for this little excursion - the hot tub is always hot, and there is heat and AC on the boat. Oh, and ice cream in the ship store!🍦
There’s Wi-Fi and Netflix on the boat and two people can sleep comfortably. Any more than that - well, we hope you really like each other. The boat rocks a smidge but it shouldn’t make you seasick. And yes, you can use the toilet on the boat but there is a big nice shower house/bathrooms right down the dock for your convenience. Don’t miss the Reefpoint Brewhouse, a restaurant in the marina with fish n’ chips, salmon salad and whatever you want to drink.
Clementine has been in the water for four years now and has received hundreds of 5-star reviews and Superhost status. She’s got big tiny-home vibes and will delight you with her views. Can’t wait to host you!
