Are you an organized hospitality professional who loves historic charm, guest hosting, and special events? Are you a self-starter, able to work independently? Nesselrod on the New is hiring a part-time Property Manager! Most work can be done remotely, but applicant must be close enough to the property to visit in person when needed.

📍 Location: Fairlawn, VA (Overlooking the New River Valley)
💼 Status: Part-time (Approx. 30 hours/week)
💵 Pay: $25.00 per hour
📅 Schedule: Flexible hours, but requires regular evening and weekend availability to support scheduled weddings and special events.

About Us:

Nesselrod on the New is a premier 6-acre historic garden estate serving as a destination wedding venue, community hub, and historic estate vacation rental. We host special events for up to 200 guests in our scenic courtyard, gazebo, and pavilion spaces, delivering an unforgettable experience for travelers, bridal parties, and our local community.

What You'll Do:

* Oversee short-term rental operations and guest communications.

* Manage guest check-ins and turnover coordination for seamless stays.

* Supervise on-site maintenance, groundskeeping, and event turnover.

* Coordinate logistics for weddings and special events on the estate.

* Act as the primary point of contact for local vendors, caterers, and planners.

* Monitor estate logistics, ensuring stable property infrastructure and upkeep.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in hospitality management, short-term rental operations, or event venues.

* Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

* Strong organizational skills to balance guest hosting with estate maintenance.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule tied to seasonal event and check-in volumes.

Nesselrod on the New is a six acre riverfront wedding venue and historic estate rental, located right here in Fairlawn.

We have flexible opportunities available that tie into several degree and internship programs, including:

* Facility Maintenance & Handyman work
