🔥WE ARE 30 DAYS FROM THE FUN AT FAMILY FEST!!! AND OUR MAIN ATTRACTION IS COMING BACK!🔥

Phillip of Nordic Pyrotechnics Nordic Pyro is returning to Family Fest after an incredible show last year!!! and this year, he’s bringing even more magic, movement, and fire. 💜🧡

🫧 We’ll start with giant bubbles
🔥 Then move into the Poi Workshop (try your hand at the flowing, spinning art you’ll see in the fire show)
🎆 And we’ll close out the evening with an unforgettable Fire Show!!!

And there’s one more surprise…
Phillip and Brittney are coming as a very well-known Disney couple this year. 👀🏰

🚨 FAMILY FEST NEEDS VOLUNTEERS! 🚨

Family Fest is coming up September 12 at Lakeside Retreats, and we could really use some extra hands to help make this FREE day of family fun happen! 💚🏕️

We have volunteer opportunities throughout the weekend:

✨ Friday set-up crew
✨ Saturday 4-hour shifts
✨ Check-in + parking
✨ Art + family activities
✨ Bounce house + sensory yurt
✨ Food prep + serving
✨ General event support
✨ Saturday breakdown
✨ Sunday clean-up

You don't have to give us your whole weekend, even one 4-hour shift makes a huge difference.

If you've enjoyed Lakeside, Casual Campout, Family Fest, or any of the community that's been built on this property over the years, we'd LOVE to have you come be part of making this one happen. 🫶

Family Fest is completely FREE for families to attend, and volunteers are a huge part of what allows us to keep it that way.
