Our Story
Guest House is an intimate 8-guestroom boutique hotel in downtown Raleigh.
Every detail has been considered in the thoughtfully designed spaces that are calm, soft, and flooded with daylight. Cozy common areas include the historic parlour and study, a modern kitchen and dining space, and a quiet courtyard shaded by a large pecan tree with an impressive skyline view. This is a downtown hotel that feels like home.
Guest House is our love note to Raleigh. We’re a husband-and-wife, designer-owner team. We saved the historic Gorham House from demolition by relocating it 6 blocks through downtown. It’s been quite the journey and we’re thrilled to have officially opened Fall 2018! We have poured our hearts into the design and restoration of this home and look forward to hosting you.
