Wagyu Brisket Sandwich ($20): Slow-smoked Wagyu brisket over Cantilever Bourbon barrel wood chunks, glazed with BBQ sauce, and stacked with Kewpie Mayo slaw, sweet smoked onion jam, and served with a side of onion rings.

Hawaiian Ribeye with Truffle Fried Rice ($38): Prime grade 14oz ribeye marinated for 6 hours in a sweet + savory pineapple soy brine, then char-grilled to order. Served with fresh truffle fried rice loaded with veggies. *very limited quantity*

🎃Head to Ranier on Saturday, October 10, from 1:00–6:00 PM for an open-house-style Oktoberfest celebration hosted by The Wharf, Loony's Brew, and Cantilever Distillery!🍺

It's a chance to spend an afternoon on the "lake side" of the tracks and show some love to our Ranier businesses before the season begins to slow down.
