What should you bring with you on race day?

🔦 A headlamp or hand torch
🥤 A hydration vessel
🐝 An EpiPen if you are allergic to bee stings
👕 A change of clothes/shoes
🥨 Snacks of your choice

There will be plenty of room to set up a personal aid station near the lodge. You will finish your lap, say "hi" to our emcee Bill, nosh at the main aid station and then stop by your spot to get refreshed before your next lap. Restrooms, showers and medical will also be near the lodge and main aid station.
