We just hosted a group of friends for a week that really took advantage of all the beautiful snow we have! They snowmobiled right from the property and went all day. They also enjoyed snowshoeing on our non-motorized trails.

The U.P. Family Lodge is the perfect place to enjoy the fall colors. We are on 7 acres, nestled back in the Hiawatha National Forest, giving you hours and hours of trails to hike or ride. We are also centrally located for quick day trips anywhere in the Upper Peninsula. Or, just sit on our front porch and enjoy the views right from the lodge! The picture below is from the front porch at sunset last September. We still have a few openings for peak colors! 🍁

Have you been thinking about getting away for a night or two? Now is the perfect time! We are running a huge discount on our Lodge for the rest of March. Two night minimum on the weekends. We are right on both motorized and non-motorized trails! Walk, horseback ride, or atv ride right from the Lodge. Or just stay indoors and visit in one of our two living rooms, cook in the supplied kitchen, play board games, watch TV or get some much needed rest. It’s very quiet and very peaceful.
