In Loving Memory of Our Departed Brothers and Daughters
First, giving all honor, glory, and praise to the Most High God, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The Brothers and Daughters of Berks Lodge #47 and Mary Alice Temple #108 were honored to join together with God’s Worship and Praise Temple in observance of this year’s Elks Memorial Service.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who took the time to attend this solemn and meaningful occasion as we paid tribute to our dearly departed Brothers and Daughters. Your presence, prayers, and support were truly appreciated.
We offer our sincere gratitude to Apostle Edna Lewis and the entire God’s Worship and Praise Temple family for once again graciously opening your doors and welcoming us with love and fellowship. We thank Almighty God for the powerful and uplifting message delivered during the service, reminding us of the importance of faith, remembrance, and everlasting love.
A special expression of appreciation goes to Daughters Angela Spencer and Gloria Lynn, who spearheaded the planning and preparation of this year’s repast menu. Your dedication, hard work, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. As always, the food was phenomenal, and your efforts helped make this gathering a memorable occasion of fellowship.
To the families of our departed Brothers and Daughters, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences. We also send our love, prayers, and appreciation to those members and families who were unable to be in attendance. Please know that you were with us in spirit and that your loved ones remain forever in our hearts.
As we reflect upon the lives, service, dedication, and lasting contributions of those who have gone before us, may we continue to honor their memories by upholding the principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly and Sisterly Love, and Fidelity.
To Our Absent Brothers and Daughters:
Though you are absent from our presence, you shall never be forgotten. Your labor, love, and legacy will forever remain a part of our beloved Elkdom.
May your souls rest in eternal peace, and may God continue to comfort and strengthen those you have left behind.
