If smoking has occurred inside a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.
• Please do not open any door marked PRIVATE.
• Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.
• Doors are locked at 10 pm. If you will be arriving after 10pm, please let host know.
• If you spill something let host know immediately.
• Check in is between 4 – 6pm and check out is 12pm. If you need a specific time changed please talk to your h
ost.
• Breakfast is served between 8-9:30am. If you have a specific dietary need please let host know 2 days prior to your reservations. You have the option to choose your time for breakfast at 30 minute intervals. Remember you may not be the only Guest during that time.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to reservations for full refund. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before reservations you will be charged full room rate for 2 days of your stay and 50% of the room rate for the remainder of your stay.
• Children are allowed but must be with a parent at all times.
• Please turn off lights and television when you leave your room.
• Rooms are not serviced during your stay. If you would like your bed to be made up daily or if you need clean bedding or towels, please let host know. PAYMENT POLICY
• In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization maybe be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.

If determined that damages have taken place at Conrad’s B & B by the Guest, the B&B reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of Conrad’s B & B to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest. The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is $300. KEYWORDS:
