Good friends. Good times. Missed those who weren’t here, enjoyed those who were. Hope to see you all next time. July 9th and 20th, 2027. The Class of 1982 raised $5,000 for the Red Lodge Area Community Foundation for the flood relief efforts. Thanks everyone.

Red Lodge was deeply impacted by the recent natural disaster, a flood like no one living has ever seen. The Class of 1982 will be taking a collection during the reunion (Keep reading to learn about a challenge grant) . The funds will be donated to the Red Lodge Area Community Foundation for the Carbon County Disaster Relief Fund. There is no pressure and I understand some have already given, but for those with the means and desire, this will be an opportunity to make a difference. If you’re not able to attend or if you have friends or family that would like to donate, let me know and we’ll arrange for you to donate. If you want to give, we’ll find a way to accommodate. To make things interesting the McCarty’s (Dwight, Leroy, and Beth) will match 100% of donations up to $2,000. I’m hoping we can raise $4,000 for our 40th class reunion. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

Donating to the Carbon County Disaster Relief Fund, will help support emergency management and disaster relief in Carbon County. Our extended community has been deeply impacted as this is the worst natural disaster we have collectively endured. With many losing homes, bridges out, and downtown so im...
