First out of the gate with a nice start to the base!

OPEN: Ski Season has officially begun in New Mexico! Sipapu is the first resort in the state to open after recent winter weather! And more snow is on the way!

Red River Ski & Summer Area opens for the 2025–26 season on November 26, 2025. This year, the resort is expanding snowmaking with 10 new snow machines for improved early and late-season coverage and new dynamic lift ticket pricing for added flexibility.
