Are you looking for Work in Red River?

Join our team at Rio Colorado Cabins! We are currently hiring for an office assistant. This position works closely with our managers, owners, and other staff to provide a unique and memorable vacation experience for our guests. We offer a friendly, casual, work environment, that can be challenging at times, but also rewarding. This is a Full-time, Year-round opportunity.
Daily duties would involve:
• Interacting with guests, check-ins and check-outs. Answering phone calls and emails, making reservations, providing our guests with information and great customer service.
• Coordinating and working closely with our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Informing them when cabins have checked out and any potential repairs, needs etc.
• Organizing records, including reservation cards, bills, invoices, and other paperwork associated with business operations.
• Occasionally assisting housekeeping with duties such as laundry, towel exchange, and trash pickup.
• Covering for the manager on days off and vacations.
• Other office tasks and duties as assigned by the manager.
