"Customer service was beyond wonderful. The woman working the desk on 10/4 and 10/5 went above and beyond for me with holding my bags and having them delivered to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, I felt very safe traveling alone. The Scarlet was amazing, had brunch and pre wedding cocktails. The hotel was walkable to everywhere in town and I was happy that all the stores were open on Sunday and Monday while I was there. I shopped in both the spa and the boutique in the hotel and they were both lovely. I spent time by the beautiful fire place off the lobby, it was so cozy and I felt like I was in a storybook. I would definitely stay here again and I hope I can make it back soon!"
