Working at Junior's Party Rentals & Balloon Decor | Redlands is my passion; I have been doing it for 24 years—since my husband and I sat down to discuss the business we wanted to start, driven by our shared work ethic.
We initially considered selling seafood, but instead chose to offer joy and entertainment.
With the support of our son—who was 13 years old at that time—we embarked on this adventure.

Today, I love it with all my heart; it has taught me invaluable life lessons and shown me that a customer is not merely a paycheck, but a human being wishing to celebrate and honor his/her most important life’s moments.
It is now Saturday at 3:00 PM, and as I wrap up my workday, I felt moved to write this—filled with gratitude and honor for the beautiful energy of my shop.
