Tanglefoot Resort Tanglefoot Resort is a Table Rock Lake Resort located in the midst of the Mark Twain National Forest on Table Rock Lake. All units face the lake.

We are a small resort for those who don't like crowds & get back to nature.

We have new encapsulated flotation blocks under our dock & it looks very nice. Thanks to everyone who made reservations this year. It will be good to see some of my old customers again & meet some new ones. Have a wonderful day & Happy Mothers Day tomorrow!

We have started taking reservations for this summer! Covid did not affect us very much but I do know one person who died. We still are going by all the guidelines & I get my first shot tomorrow. We are not sure what to expect this year, but we are OPEN.
We are getting new flotation installed under our dock which will be nice. We have all been well this winter & hope you & your loved ones are doing well too. Call us anytime!

Hello Everyone!
We are still sheltering at home & have many concerns about this tourist season. Our phones are not too busy & we will take reservations, but cannot promise that we can be open. It depends on what happens with COVID-19. Most people who had reservations for May have canceled. Our area has not been hit very hard with the virus & we at Tanglefoot are pretty isolated & are safe. I have looked on line for recommendations on cleaning resort cabins & most suggestions seem almost impossible to attain. We will do our very best to keep ourselves & our guest safe. I would love feedback from my customers & anyone else reading this post.

Hi everyone... Lots of people at Tanglefoot & all are super people. In this business your customers become your friends. You watch their children grow up year after year & then those children bring their children (that means I am old). I really appreciate them. Especially last year when we had so much trouble with the storms & our dock anchors moving from the high winds. Customers were right there to help us & we were grateful.

Cloudy this morning. We fill up today, so will be busy. Hope we have a safe summer on Table Rock Lake. The tragedy with the ducks last year was horrible & I still think of the families who lost loved ones.

Almost ready for the big 4th of July week. Table Rock Lake will be really busy, but will calm down after the 4th. Some of my family are coming so that will be great. Hope everyone has a nice 4th of July. Have a great day today!!!

We just got a very long heavy rain. We put 5 truckloads of gravel on our road this spring & it was so nice. This rain probably washed a lot of our gravel away. Guess that is just resort life.
