Celebrating 11 Years of Love & Friendship
July 6th & 7th
Please join us for two days and one night or come and go as you are able.
Camp for the weekend, or come for a meal, a swim or a dance.
NO NEED TO RSVP! BYOB – ALL BEVERAGES & FOOD| PLEASE BRING SOMETHING TO SHARE AT DINNER.
WE HAVE: A POOL, A GRILL, VOLLEYBALL, CRAFTS, A THEME DINNER, HUGE FIRE PIT, A TOTALLY KICK ASS BAND, RIDICULOUS FIREWORKS,
INCREDIBLY SMART CREATIVE LOVING PEOPLE, DELICIOUS POT LUCK FOOD, BATHROOMS, AN OUTDOOR SHOWER FOR RINSING
AUCTION: The ChanardaTarta Auction was created by supporters to offset the cost of Fireworks & Music. Tickets are $1.00 each. Winners will be announced SATURDAY NIGHT before fireworks
AUCTION DONATIONS: Please consider donating a treasure from your basement or attic for people to bid on. Donations can be new or gently used. Perhaps you have a gift certificate you haven’t used, or you have a talent to share and can make a certificate for it. What’s in your closet?
PARKING: Please park as directed in the yard or ask for help. ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING
PETS must be ON LEASH and cannot go in pool due to vinyl liner. Camp is a busy, hot environment with lots of food & people, loud music and fireworks -think hard before bringing fur babies
IF YOU ARE CAMPING- Bring your own camper or tent, sleeping bags, food & drink, coolers etc. Walmart/Target are nearby if you forget something. (it is OK those camping to come Friday😊) Please text email or call Maggie to reserve

For John & I and Tracey to better enjoy the weekend—we are putting together 4 committees:
Dinner Volunteers- To coordinate & label the amazing food that comes in before dinner time.
Clean-up Committee- Keep people cleaning up their OWN trash and help at end of dinner.
Auction- need 2 or 3 ticket sellers
Sunday Breakfast Committee- Cook, Serve & Clean up

9:00 AM – WELCOME!!
Come relax by the pool, play volleyball & yard games
BRING LUNCH- Use the grill
Crafts, a Scavenger Hunt or TEXAS HOLD ‘EM Tournament could happen
5:30 PM IT’S THE F’IN CATALINA WINE MIXER!
5:30 -7:30 PM- Dinner- Pot Luck “California Style Cuisine”
BRING a CALI Appetizer, Main Dish, Salad or Dessert
PLEASE try to bring food READY TO SERVE (kitchen use limited)
Costumes always encouraged but never required
8:00 CAMP FIRE
BAND-DANCE UNDER THE STARS!!! to THE D’VOTTES!
BRING THOSE DANCING SHOES – WE MEAN IT!
Each member is a Rhode Island Rock n Roll Hall of Famer!
9:00 PM AUCTION WINNERS ANNOUNCED

11:00 AM Possibly Restorative YOGA or Meditation under the trees
RELAXING DAY at the Pool
Could be Crafts, a Scavenger Hunt or TEXAS HOLD ‘EM Tournament
LUNCH- Leftovers & Grill is on
6:00 PM Camp is over until next year
