Bar S Ranch Bar S Ranch is a clothing free country club and resort located on 400 acres of gently rolling meadows and woodlands. Come enjoy our dream.

Leave the stresses and pressures of life behind while you relax in the tranquility, security and privacy you will find at the Bar S Ranch. The property was formerly a cattle ranch operated by the former owners for many years before they decided to proceed with their original dream of developing it into the beautiful and delightful nudist resort it has now become. Central to the property is a seven-acre lake which is well stocked with bass, bream and shellcrackers and provides a beautiful focal point for our activities areas. In addition to the lake there are quiet streams and all manner of flora and fauna. All of our activities areas are shielded by natural foliage so there is no need for extensive privacy fencing, as is the case with many nudist facilities. The activities' areas offer plenty of open sunny areas for the "sun lover" as well as ample shady areas for those whose skin does not take to an overabundance of sun. Now operating under new management, the Ranch continues to thrive. For 30 consecutive years, the Bar S has offered a place of tranquility for those who like to enjoy nature sans clothes.

With the 250th celebration happening this weekend we had a thought we and wanted to share a little about this place and the nudist lifestyle. The nudist lifestyle always, and we mean always, is about the people. Happy Independence Day everyone. We hope you enjoy our thoughts. The Ranch Couple!

What We Leave Behind

The first thing we remove…
Is never our clothing.

It’s the pressure.
The pretending.
The endless need
To be someone else.

Out here,
The sun doesn’t judge.
The breeze doesn’t compare.
The lake doesn’t care
Who you were yesterday.

It only asks one thing…

Be real.

Funny how the less we wear,
The more of ourselves we find.

A wave from a stranger.
A hug from a friend.
A helping hand
Without asking why.

Because generosity
Needs no uniform.

Acceptance
Needs no label.

Friendship
Needs no introduction.

This isn’t about what we take off.

It’s about everything we leave behind.

The fear.
The ego.
The walls.

And in their place…

Freedom.

Not just on our skin.

But in our hearts.

That’s the nudist lifestyle.

And once you’ve felt that kind of freedom…

You realize…

The greatest thing we ever uncovered…

Was ourselves.
