Some Spooky Details At Our Clubhouse!

Hello fellow MidTown Business Owner:

A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated in last week’s First Thursday in MidTown event. Later this week we’ll share some ideas and creative ways business owners participated so we can begin thinking about next month.

Up next... PACK MidTown! Another MidTown event happening THIS Friday (10/15) in Midtown in partnership with the UNR Alumni Association. The idea is to “Pack” Midtown as we support the Wolf “Pack” for their homecoming game this weekend. If you’re not hosting an alumni group we can all participate by supporting Wolf Pack colors (blue, silver and white), window paint, encouraging staff to wear Pack gear or swag during the event, etc. MidTown is the Heart of Reno, so let’s showcase some community Homecoming support.

The UNR Alumni association is partnering with 12 different MidTown businesses to host their various alumni groups. Cheerleaders, tuba players, and the Alfie Mascot!

North Midtown: Live Alice radio broadcast and alumni check-in table at the Sticks. They will be handing out swag and giveaways. The first 200 alumni will receive free wine tickets and commemorative Pack MidTown wine glasses.

South Midtown: Jenee at Beautiful Nails is pulling out all the stops with the businesses in the South Reno Plaza. They have Scar-E-oke (karaoke 😊), henna art, back rubs, and swag bags from 5pm-7pm. Polo Lounge is hosting a Halloween Homecoming after party.

How is the Midtown Event Being Promoted?

Radio ads are running. Cross-street banner in place. Social Media Ads. Press Release to all major news outlets. Pack MidTown Posters have also been delivered to MidTown businesses. Fellow MidTown business owners are inviting their clients to come out and Pack Midtown.
