🏆 USA BMX NORTH CENTRAL GOLD CUP FINALS — FACILITY LOGISTICS 🏆

We’re getting close! Please take a few minutes to review the attached facility map for designated parking and pit areas for the USA BMX North Central Gold Cup Finals at Hodag BMX.

Please follow all posted signage throughout the weekend. We appreciate everyone helping us keep the event safe, organized, and respectful of our neighbors!

🚲 PRACTICE INFORMATION

Wednesday, September 9
Hodag BMX will NOT have our normal Wednesday Group Ride as we prepare the facility for the Gold Cup Finals.

Thursday, September 10
Hodag BMX will offer two practice sessions:

⏰ Session 1: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
⏰ Session 2: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

💵 Practice: $10 per session
⏱️ Sqorz Timing: $5

Training bridges will be available for Thursday's practice sessions and will be removed after practice in preparation for the Gold Cup Finals.

🚗 PARKING

Hodag BMX is located in a residential neighborhood, so please pay close attention to designated parking areas.

GENERAL PARKING

Primary parking will be in the gravel lot one block east of West Side Park.
The overflow lot to the north will open once the primary lot is full.
Weekend Pass: $30
Daily Parking: $15

Streets surrounding West Side Park and Hodag BMX will be closed to through traffic throughout the weekend. This is for pedestrian and cyclist safety and out of respect for the neighbors who have graciously supported us in hosting this event.

Vehicles parked in restricted areas are subject to towing. Please help us be good neighbors!

⭐ VIP PARKING

A limited number of VIP parking spaces will be available park-side along Lynne St., next to the track.

VIP Parking: $50 for the weekend

⏰ VIP parking goes on sale August 18 at 8:00 AM, available by messaging the track directly.

Parking passes can be purchased at Hodag BMX registration on Thursday or upon entry throughout the weekend.

💵 Exact cash is appreciated!

⛺ PIT SETUP

Pit setup begins Thursday after 10:00 AM.

General pitting is first come, first served, with the majority of West Side Park available for pit setup.

⭐ VIP PIT SPOTS

Hodag BMX will have 15 VIP pit spaces available along the fence on the final straight.

12' x 12' spaces
$100 for the weekend
⏰ On sale August 18 at 8:00 AM, available by messaging the track directly.

🏕️ CAMPING

Rhinelander city ordinance does not allow camping inside city parks, but our proud supporter Camp Pontiac Campground has you covered!

Camp Pontiac is located less than 10 minutes from the track and is operated by a racing family that understands race weekends.

The 4th of July is almost here! Check out the parade route and plan your spot along the streets of downtown Rhinelander as the community comes together to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. 🇺🇸

🌟Sensory Friendly Area:🌟
The Rhinelander 4th of July parade will have a sensory friendly area in this year’s parade. This area will be along the parade route on Stevens Street from Rhinelander City Hall to Rives St. That portion of the parade route we are requesting no sirens, no loud horns/motor revving and no confetti bombs. However, music from units and bands are welcome. The 4th of July committee is pleased to accommodate individuals with sensory concerns . We ask that all parade units honor and respect this request.

Starting Monday, April 27 you will only be able to access our office and yard by using Kemp Street to Boyce Drive. We apologize for the inconvience during the Hwy 8 reconstruction project.
