During the 25th anniversary of the Hanford project, held in the decommissioned B nuclear reactor, Colonel Franklin Matthias, described the choice of the site we all know as Hanford nuclear site.

Colonel Matthias directed the breakneck speed building of the nuclear reactors on the Hanford site as well as the entire community of North Richland.

For those who don’t know, Jennifer Rodriquez and I live in the historical home of Colonel Matthias. We look forward to sharing it again during future events with our community.
