Eileen 203

The larger of the two studio apartments, but this one has a queen sized bed (no sitting area aside from the bar top/stools). This unit is great if you don’t plan on spending a ton of time in the unit, but need it for a comfortable place to sleep (shout out to the extremely comfortable Leesa mattresses in every unit). Also, isn’t this the coziest headboard?

Yoga mats can be found in every one of our units (so you can check out and right downstairs when you stay with us).

This huge suite facing Pizza Bones features enormous sliding doors and restored hardwood floors. With modern day touches and a tiled bathroom, this unit combines old with new. We love this gorgeous space (it’s also popular for photo shoots)!

Evelyn Apt 319

The last of the five short term rentals in this building has a balcony overlooking Prince George St. This apartment is right next to the elevator and could not have easier access in and out of the building. We love this beautiful little twin apartment that matches Apt 313 so beautifully.

Evelyn Apt 313

One of two units overlooking Forest Hill Ave (along with Apt 213 right below), this unit is nestled in the building, amongst the long term apartments. Not to be confused with Apt 319, which has similar design elements, this beautiful apartment has green, fall vibes, inspired by the gorgeous Forest Hill neighborhood surrounding it.

Evelyn Apt 102

Our smaller other ground floor apartment is perfect for two people. This cozy space has the same amenities as the larger unit next door, but in a more compact package. Figuring out where to put the living room TV was a challenge, but we have had nothing but positive reviews about this cute apartment. This fully furnished unit is also available for medium term rental—reach out directly if you’re interested.

Evelyn Apt 101

This is by far our most spacious short term rental (with my favorite wallpaper), and has direct street access to Prince George St. We love the color of this couch, 16 foot ceilings, and huge living space of this unit.

Eileen East Apt 214

Our only two bedroom/two bath apartment (though we wish we had more since it’s a super popular unit), and is so great for families! It also has a pull out sofa in the living room so can sleep up to 6. Plus a balcony, and like all of our apartments, a washer and dryer. We love this space.

Eileen East Apt 211

Aka everyone’s favorite unit. I think it’s because of this gorgeous, huge kitchen. This is a popular one for longer term stays. We have had folks live here for over 6 months! Reach out to us directly if you’re ever interested in booking a longer term stay.
