🏠🚨 BEFORE YOU SIGN THAT LEASE… STOP & DO YOUR RESEARCH! 🚨

Found a rental that looks perfect?

Before handing over that deposit, ask questions!

🔎 Search the property name
🔎 Search the landlord/property management company
🔎 Ask current or former tenants about their experience
🔎 Look closely at the lease
🔎 Ask about maintenance & emergency repairs
🔎 Find out about ALL fees
🔎 Take pictures/videos during your move-in inspection
🔎 Get important promises IN WRITING

And most importantly…

🚩 CHECK THIS GROUP FIRST!

Someone may have already lived there and can tell you exactly what their experience was.

📢 If you’ve rented somewhere in RVA or the surrounding areas, share your experience.

Your story could save another family thousands of dollars and months of stress.

SHARE. WARN. PROTECT. 🏠🚩

👏 Repairs are handled quickly
👏 Management communicates

Let’s help other renters find the GOOD ones too. 🏠❤️

Because renters deserve to know where NOT to live AND where it’s actually worth living.

⭐️ GOOD EXPERIENCES MATTER TOO!
