Today at TownePlace Suites Richmond, we celebrated Marriott’s Root B**r Float Day! 🍨🥤

Root B**r Float Day is a special Marriott tradition that honors the company’s beginnings. Before opening their first hotel, J. Willard and Alice Marriott started with a small A&W root b**r stand in 1927. Today, Marriott properties continue the tradition by celebrating with root b**r floats while giving back to and connecting with their communities.

A huge thank you to our local Dairy Queen for donating the ice cream for today’s celebration through our wonderful partnership! ❤️
