St. Mary's County, MD animal shelter is clean, caring and a pleasant place to visit and adopt. They don't euthanize unless they ABSOLUTELY have to.

Alright folks, we are AT CAPACITY for dogs, which means that we need adopters ASAP. Right now we have about 25 dogs available for adoption and we'd love to get them ALL into new homes THIS WEEKEND!

Dog adoption fees are only $75. And dogs come spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated!

You're probably thinking... "Awwww! What a sweet little kitten!"

WRONG. This is Elaine. She is 2 lbs of pure fury. She's got sharp claws and she is NOT afraid to use them. She can climb up a set of curtains in 10 seconds flat (ask us how we know 😅) and she won't back down from a fight. Feral, ferocious, and available for adoption.

At 8 weeks, she's still well within the window to be a socialized indoor cat, but she's gonna take adopters who want a challenge. Folks that will cuddle the rage right out of her. And teach her that it's easier to make friends than foes.

Not looking for a kitten? GREAT NEWS! We also have this level of wildcat available in ADULT SIZES! Right now we have a handful of outdoor cats also looking for new homes. So if a tiny tiger isn't right for you, we can hook you up with an adult mouser for your barn/warehouse/outbuilding/backyard. As a bonus: Adult barn cats are free thanks to our partnership with Feral Cat Rescue!

We're open today from 12-6 so if you're feeling daring and want to risk life and limb in the pursuit of feline friendship, come see us!
