If you’re lucky enough to stay on Harvest Days, not only do you get to purchase meat and eggs, like usual, but I also come around with a bin of naturally grown produce from that days harvest to add to your grocery score!

Tonight I bounced around to 9 groups of guests and had to refill the bin 3x! Our summer harvests are just beginning!

We meet some amazing people traveling the country and on really special journeys! I may be partial 😉, but I always think Jersey Girls have the best stories and set ups! Like ! There are so many interesting people out there that make our world go ‘round. Opening our farm up to them and teaching them about what we do and learning about their lives is one of my favorite parts of hosting folks!

If you stay on a night when we offer our Farm Tour, you’ll get to meet our resident H***y Goat named Cowboy who lives with the pigs because he is a pig. Everyone is always so enamored with how handsome he is. But we have to remind folks that cowboy would make you one of his own in a matter of seconds 🤣 and if you’re not careful he’ll p*e right on you through the fence. 🤣

Not only is our farm a real working regenerative farm where you can come and learn about what it looks like to restore a working ecosystem in our forests through the use of heritage breed livestock, but you can also do your grocery shopping with us!

This sweet couple from North Carolina stocked up on forest raised breakfast meats and organically grown carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, kale and peas all from our pigs and our garden! They are already talking about coming back down just to restock their freezer and to watch as the land continues to progress!
