THOSE GUESTS "WHO CHOOSE TO VIOLATE OUR POLICY" AS IT RELATES TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME WILL FORFEIT THEIR STAY AND BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND. When booking our cottage, all guests must sign in upon arrival; parents with children can sign in for them. A strict accounting of our maximum number of guests listed on your reservation, including all adults and children, is required. Inviting any ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS to visit you at the property during your stay without prior consent from the owners is considered a direct violation of our present guest policy, and they will not be allowed on the property!! When booking our cottage, please understand that all unauthorized parties or celebrations fall under the category of a "Special Event" that requires additional insurance coverage that protects both parties from a serious liability. Insurance is provided to the number of guests associated with each booking, and anyone unregistered to the reservation becomes a liability. Please know that due to everyone's safety when booking our property, it is imperative that in good faith you choose not to violate this part of our policy. WE TAKE EVERYONE'S SAFETY SERIOUSLY AND WANT TO PROVIDE ALL OF OUR GUESTS WITH THE NECESSARY PROTECTION TO ENJOY A CAREFREE VACATION. To all of my previous guests that have ever booked my property through “Evolve Vacation Rental,” please know that I'm no longer partnered with them after finding out that all bookings were being charged an additional 30% booking fee over what I believed and agreed to and they wold be receiving 10% above my cost this additional guest fee is “outrageous“ I found this out when I questioned an incident involving a guest that cleverly sabotaged my AC unit to get a full refund, and it worked, and Evolve did not have my back even when I proved their obvious deception, so I chose to cancel my listing with Evolve, I will be looking into other entities to advertise my listing, but until that time, I will be listing my property on my own, less the 30% booking fee. My fee has no inflation, just my advertised price of $250.00 per day on off seasons and $275.00 per day on holidays plus tax for renting out our “Cottage by the Pond.” No cleaning fee charged as long as the Cottage is left in the same condition prior to your arrival; a small refundable deposit will be required and returned within 10 days, less any noted damage or additional cleaning.
