Frio River update at River Haven Cabins 7/18/26.
Water is receding and beginning to clear up beautifully. Our wonderful guests that have been here throughout the whole ordeal are finally able to enjoy a sunny river day!!✨

We are still keeping our neighbors to the north & south of us in our prayers. The rain may have been wonderful & much needed for our part of the river, but it’s been absolutely devastating for others. Keep the Hill Country in your thoughts and prayers🙏🏼

We got a nice river rise on the Frio!! Videos taken at River Haven Cabins on 7/15/26. More rain in the forecast, so this rise could get even bigger. Going to be a beautiful rest of the summer! Please, if you’re in the area, do not attempt to cross low water crossings & remain vigilant!

We’ve had some wonderful rain these past few weeks, and it’s as beautiful as can be out here. While it may not be sunny enough for a river day—there’s something so peaceful about sitting on a porch watching & listening to the rain.
