Hideaway Haven Vacation Rental House This weekly vacation rental is a perfect getaway for relaxation and fun. There maybe other available items available for your use.

It features:

A master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom
2 bedrooms with queen sized beds
A smaller room with a set of bunk beds perfect for kids
3 full-sized sleeper sofas

Fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware (including some Pampered Chef and Celebrating Home items) dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee pot, deep fryer, crock pot, toa

ster, and hand mixer. Please refer to our 'Need a Penny?" policy below. Main bathroom stocked with towels/washcloths. Laundry area has full-sized washer and dryer.

2 Dining areas with seating for 8 people. Large livingroom and seperate sitting room with tv. Heated inground pool.


{NEED A PENNY}

Everyone has seen those cute little penny dishes in the convenience stores, right? Well, here at Hideaway Haven, we’ve got something similar. In the hall closet, you will find an assortment of personal care items. If you have forgotten to pack something (as most people seem to do), and you see the item that you need, feel free to take it. You can replace it if you feel you must, or you can contribute something else that you may have over-packed. In the kitchen, there are some things for your use, like some condiments, spices and an assortment of non-perishable foods in the pantry. If there’s something there that you can use during your stay, please help yourself! There are some condiments and some unopened items in the refrigerator as well. If you wish to replace anything or contribute the unopened things that you may have purchased during your stay, but didn’t use, they are welcome. Please don’t leave partially used or opened personal care items; just take those with you. If you find something that has expired, please throw it away. Please don’t leave meal left-overs or take-out containers in the refrigerator, just unopened items. We certainly hope that you enjoy your stay in South Jersey!

We have openings for September weeks, starting September 6th. Please feel free to contact us. The pool should be able to stay open until the end of September, if we have people staying. Rates are negotiable.

Thanks to Bud Cunningham (and his lovely family), of Pine Grove, West Virginia, the kitchen at Hideaway Haven has gotten a fantastic makeover! He made 2 trips from West Virginia to New Jersey, made those cabinets, custom, from hardwood, and then delivered, installed them, and cleaned everything, faster and less expensive than we could have done it ourselves with pre-fabricated cabinets. We are so happy with the result.

We want feedback from people on something. Last season, and the partial season before, we had rental weeks that ran from Saturday to Saturday, but are planning to change the rental week to a Sunday to Sunday, in order to keep the weekend intact. Many people have inquired about a weekend get-away, which would be more feasible if the whole week wasn't rented, because the weekend would still be salvageable.

Our thoughts are, once again, with the Seaside Heights community, as they have been affected by another tragedy. The fire that consumed so many businesses along the boardwalk and a large chunk of the historic boardwalk comes less than a year after super-storm Sandy did so much damage. Like the Phoenix, they will rise from these ashes.
