Need a vacation, we have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for rent daily, weekly and monthly. They are fully furnished with 1 or Queen bed, 1 or 2 recliners, Fulton, full bath, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Your stay includes all utilities and use of our 4 lighten fish pier, BBQ area and screen in porch over looking the Arroyo Colorado River and laundry room. Our 1 bedroom is $125 a night for the first night and then $100 a night. 2 bedroom is $150 a night for the first night and then $125 a night.

Or stay longer at these amazingly discounted weekly and monthly rates. 

1 bedroom for:
1 week $425 reduced to $61 a night
2 weeks $675 reduced to $49 a night
3 weeks $900 reduced to $42 a night
1 month $1050 reduced to $35 a night

2 bedroom for:
1 week $525 reduce $75 a night
2 weeks $775 reduce to $56 a night
3 weeks $1000 reduce $48 a night
1 month $1,150 reduced to $38 a night

Note: There is one time $25 cleaning fee and reduce rates do not include electricity usage. We will read the meter when you arrive and provide you with a bill which must be paid before departure.

Our RV lots are both 30 & 50 amp hookups and lot rent includes use of all park amenities.

We can also provide your choice of one of our 5 cozy apartments for your enjoyment available for short term or long-term renting with amazing and significantly reduced rates no longer you stay. 

1 bedrooms which are fully furnished and have a queen bed, a futon for extra sleeping space, they all have a fully equipped kitchen, full bath and Direct TV for more entertainment.

2 bedrooms are fully furnished and have a 2 queen beds, a futon for extra sleeping space they are all have a fully equipped kitchen , full bath and Direct TV for more entertainment. Note: reduced prices do not include electricity usage.

* A Fishing pier with 4 lights for night fishing for residents and short-term visitors
* A private Fishing pier for full time residents only
* 2 Fish-cleaning stations
