Mid- September we will be doing lot inspections. This is to ensure our park looks its best , neat , clean and ready to welcome winter guests.

Some of the items we will be looking for is clean exterior, cleaned out gutters, clean roof, all window coverings in good condition, driveways and steps clean and free of algea, Flower beds weeded and trimmed, no items stored outside or around the unit. Also, outbuildings such as sheds must also be clean. Also, minimal yard art is allowed, no outdoor fences such as dog fences. Water restrictions should be lifted on October 1 so we will do lot inspections mid September so you can be prepared. If you need recommendations for someone who provides these services please call the office! Thank you all for making our park look beautiful.

Labor Day Closure Announcement

In observance of Labor Day, our resort offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families. Normal resort office hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8.

We have several new guests arriving in September for long term stays. Mr and Mrs. May, Mr. Didonato, Ms. Jacobs, Mr. Acosta, and The Lindsey's. We also have Fred Miller and Estelle Legaci arriving soon. If you see them please stop and say Hello! We welcome you all to Rice Creek!

When doing projects or improvements around your unit , you MUST first come to the office for a site development plan. Any and all improvements must be inspected by corporate office who will either approve or not approve. You may not start any work before turning in the site development. Thank you
