Doe River Hiker Rest is situated on a 20 acre Christmas Tree Farm directly on the Doe River. He came to stay with us and recommend we start a hostel so we did. The second floor of the house was outfitted for seasonal workers with 2 double and 2 single rooms and a bathroom. We have since added a single wide trailer with 6 beds and three rooms complete with bathroom, laundry and full kitchen and liv

ing room. This is a working farm complete with aquaponics, goats, chickens, horses and dogs. Come grab a taste of home and rest with us.
