Today we reenforced the walkway to the baby chick run so Cookie and her babies could get outside and get some exercise. I could watch them all day. I hope you enjoy this!

Standing room only! There are 3 nesting boxes. One chicken kicked out our broody Chickaletta, all the way to the left. Then another one is occupied. One is empty! But they're standing around waiting for the 2 that are full. These are also the chickens who continually lay their eggs on the floor! 🙄

Good morning!! Look at those babies eating and running around!! They are doing awesome! Chickaletta is struggling. She's smaller and had molted before going broody and 8 eggs has been too much. We removed 3 that had gone cold, so she's down to 5. Hoping to see a couple babies for Chickaletta's sake!
