When Peggy Bray’s granddaughter Alicia reached out to The Regency Room, she hoped to recreate a cherished memory: a favorite crab cake dinner from years past that Peggy still remembered with a smile.

Diane Speaks shared the request with General Manager Brian Wells, and Chef Wells Selbe and the team brought that beloved meal back to the table for one special evening.

“It’s rare these days we get to recreate memories,” Alicia wrote.
