Heritage Oaks is a continuation of the legacies passed down from previous generations; setting down roots into something worth building. Come see.

The woods, the hills, the rivers and streams echo with voices from the past. We offer large spots with full hookups for campers and RV’s. The utilities include 50A and 30A electric, city water, septic, and high speed internet. The limited number of sites allow you to explore the 50+ acres of Heritage Oaks with plenty of room to yourself. Longer term leases (6 month+) preferred. On-site attractions include hiking the trails along the sandstone bluffs and New River, fishing in the river where smallmouth bass, catfish, bluegill, and even muskie are known to live, and visiting the historic relics of the old railroad with the iconic trestle over the river. Heritage Oaks is a place for you to soak your feet in the New River waters, feel the cool mountain breezes through the fields and oak trees, and sense the beauty of East Tennessee’s Upper Cumberland area. The Big South Fork National River and Recreational Area is close by, only a mile paddle downriver if you prefer that type of adventuring. You’ll find more hiking, rock climbing, whitewater paddling, equestrian activities, swimming, etc even if you chose to travel by car to the Big South Fork. There is plenty to explore in this part of the country.

Site 2 is now leasing! Will be available June 1. Amazing views from the large deck and large site. FHU with city water and septic hookups. Who wants to spend some time in East Tennessee this summer? River access and close proximity to Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area and Brimstone OHV riding areas.

Hey y’all! Unfortunately our great guests are moving closer to family at the end of May after 2 years with us! We will miss them!

So site 2 is open for leasing. FHU hookup. It includes the large site with picnic table, fire ring, flower/vegetable growing trough, and LARGE WOOD DECK! Perfect for evenings out watching the sunset off the deck porch!

We also have onsite long-term storage units available if you need more room for storage. Give us a call today to book this long-term site!
