Help create a Tiny Home Community (Rock Island)
Looking to create and expand an off grid Tiny Home community.
I have beautiful peaceful land in Rock Island TN. where I host overnight campers and short term stays for off grid camping. Currently looking for an amazing person or people to reside on the property and help create a community of like minded people who want to live a simpler life where you are accepted and appreciated for your existence.
Currently looking to add to a 10 acre tiny home community on my land. There is one cabin currently built and completed at 90%. I am looking for someone to live in the current cabin and help develop and populate this tiny home community. If you already have a structure to live in, you can pick from the available plots to set up your new situation.
The property is 100% off Grid. You would need to collect solar power and rainwater. I will help get this set up. There is a power pole close to the planned community for the future if needed. Compost toilet and rainwater shower.
You have a choice of renting the current cabin, OR, bringing your own Tiny Home, Camper, or whatever living situation you feel comfortable with.
The property is a quiet oasis where the day to day dramas are not permitted on property. The camping part of the property is far from where the community will be built and will not interfeer with the tiny community. The Tiny Community will be drama free and in order to be a part of the community you must have a basis of reality and science. (No MAGA!!)
The property is beautiful with lots of Rock River frontage for relaxing. The plan is to have 4-5 spaces for community living, and in the future a communal covered outdoor kitchen and shower facility.
Located 50 minutes to Chatt, 30 Minute to Cookville, 90 minutes to Nashville.
AT&T and Crickett do work here consistently, Verizon works sometimes but no other service is working at this time.
The camping area does have clothing optional sites so if this would offend you please do not contact me.
