🥂 What an unforgettable evening of Bourbon & Bubbles!

Our guests enjoyed a beautifully crafted multi-course dinner created by Lead Chef Rachel, Chef Savannah, and Chef Tyler, featuring bold seasonal flavors and elegant presentations—from blackened Atlantic sea scallops and fire-roasted poblano bisque to Ohio Black Angus and pumpkin crème brûlée.

Each course was thoughtfully paired with Ch*****ne, Prosecco, Cava, and sparkling wines, creating the perfect contrast to the menu’s rich flavors.

And then came the Five Horsemen of Bourbon:

Stagg • Eagle Rare • Blanton’s • Old Pogue • 1792

Beautiful bubbles. Exceptional bourbon. Incredible food. Great company.

Bourbon & Bubbles was an evening of refinement and boldness—and one we won’t soon forget.

🍽️ Smart Casual Fridays are continuing at Thistle & Stone!

Start your Friday evening at our our Pub Social at 5 p.m., followed by a thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner at 6 p.m. featuring a salad, entrée, and dessert. Guests are welcome to arrive through 7:30 p.m.

$59 per person | Reservations required 24 hours in advance

Come comfortable, but keep it smart—T-shirts, athletic wear, and flip-flops are not permitted.
