Historic Rainbow Courts Motel is looking for a housekeeping employee that takes pride in their work and in their work environment. If you love history and customer service, this job may be for you. We have 37 rooms, cottages and/or corporate apartments. No two rooms are alike and each is decorated with beautiful furnishings including some original antiques. We are looking for someone that is very detail oriented and that can maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of our rooms as well as ensure that the rooms comply with our high standards.
• Must have customer service skills
• Must have a pleasant and helpful personality
• Must be teamwork oriented
• Must be able to exceed expectations of guests
• Must be physically able to complete tasks, i.e. lifting,
squatting and bending

Historic Rainbow Courts Motel is looking for a maintenance employee that has initiative, takes pride in their work and in their work environment. Basic carpenter, electrical, painting, and repair skills are required. Also maintains landscaping and air conditioners. Is able to prioritize tasks and complete them quickly, efficiently while maintaining our business' high standards.

Must have pleasant and helpful
personality and positive customer
service skills.

Must be teamwork oriented with
strong communication skills.

Must be physically able to complete
tasks, i.e. heavy lifting, climbing
ladders, maintaining landscaping
trimming, painting, watering etc.

Must have knowledge and
experience in use of tools.

Must keep work areas and
equipment clean and organized.

Salary is commensurate with experience

We are looking for someone to help with landscape and other maintenance tasks. Must be tolerant of working outside and physical work such as heavy lifting.
