(Pan-fried Del Monaco Steak covered in rich, buttery cream sauce with fresh Garlic and Thyme)
Crab stuffed baked Shrimp En Brochette
(3 jumbo gulf shrimp stuffed with savory crab dressing, wrapped in bacon and baked to perfection)
Blackened Catch of the Day
(Fresh generous filet covered in Cajun-style blackening seasonings and pan-fried in extra virgin olive oil)
Stuffed White Fish Vera Cruz
(Fresh generous filet stuffed with delicious crab/shrimp mixed with onions, peppers and cilantro and covered with creamy Monterrey Pepper Jack sauce)
Chicken Cordon Bleu
(Filet of chicken breast stuffed with tender ham and succulent Swiss cheese, lightly breaded and pan-fried, covered with a light cream sauce)
Sesame Ginger Glazed Salmon
(Fresh salmon steak pan fried, covered with a Honey, Ginger, Sesame glaze)

Vegetables are parsley new potatoes and steamed long green beans
