I got a lot of work done today. One of the things was creating a new flyer for my Mindful Stretch Yoga classes I lead at my RV Resort, Saltwater Flats RV Resort & Furnished Cabins .

Each and every day it is such a thrill to hear about the flexibility and pain relief progress that my Salty Mermaids are making because of this class. They are so excited and it just blesses me like I cannot even believe that I'm able to help them like I am. 🧘‍♀️🧜‍♀️

This is a Code Red message from Public Safety Communications. All visitors, special needs residents, and residents in low lying or flood prone areas of Aransas County are now under an evacuation order. Citizens needing assistance in evacuating should be at the Aransas County Airport, 421 John D. Wendell Road, by 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 7th. In preparation for Hurricane Beryl’s landfall, all visitors and residents are advised that there are no emergency shelter facilities in Aransas County. Sheltering in place is not advised for residents in flood prone or low lying areas. All visitors and residences are hereby advised that medical and emergency services will be affected Hurricane Beryl. Rockport 24/7 ER has chosen to close today at 6:00 p.m. All public services could be lost as a result of the storm.
