New RV Park introductory price of only $200/month! Deposit of $200. There is one site much larger than the rest and is set back from the others, this paradise pad is $400/mo.
RV pads are well-built with a thick layer of caliche. Exact width varies a bit but most are 14 plus feet wide, and length of 50’. The paradise pad is 94’ long.
We will be adding amenities as we grow. The roads, pads, septic, plumbing, and electrical are new and up to code. Ample parking.

Longer term renters will be provided with extra space for things like gardens, storage sheds, fenced in area for pets, etc. These areas, if provided, must be well-kept by the renter.
