Calling all ghosts, goblins, witches, and candy-collecting creatures! 🧙‍♀️🦇
Our 5th Annual 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐍𝐊 𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓 is creeping up, and we're DYING to see you there! 💀

We're looking for some 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐓𝐀𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐑 folks to help us fill the parking lot with decorated trunks, creepy creativity, and enough candy to make a dentist scream! 🍭😂

A great resource of information to have.

Do you have this in your car? The Maine Atlas and Gazetteer was created by David DeLorme in 1976. He was an avid outdoorsman who grew frustrated with the outdated, inaccurate maps of the Moosehead Lake region. He decided to design a map that accurately detailed Maine's vast wilderness. He combined state highway data, federal topographic surveys, and county information to build the massive, large-format atlas book. He initially printed 10,000 copies and famously drove across the state selling them directly out of the trunk of his car. For decades, keeping a dog-eared, coffee-stained copy of the "Gazetteer" wedged between the front seats of a vehicle has been a traditional rite of passage for residents and explorers of Maine. It remains highly trusted because mobile cellular reception is notoriously unreliable in Maine’s deep backcountry woods, making physical topographic maps an essential safety tool.
